Spa Serein was developed to relax, refresh, and recharge the mind and spirit. The word “Serein” refers to a fine rain or mist falling from a cloudless sky at sunset. The time when the sun tucks itself behind the Earth and a sense of peace and tranquility ensues. The minute you step through our doors all five senses will be engaged. Our custom blends of essential oils, coupled with the beautifully appointed facilities, will make you want to visit often.
Our spa therapies include massage and body services, facials, hand and foot treatments and more. Our highly efficacious treatments utilize clean, sustainably harvested and sourced organic ingredients from the sea and from the Earth. An experience that stimulates the senses with gifts from the ocean and gifts from the surrounding forests.
Rituals from the Sound – Each spa treatment begins with a short ritual designed to relax your mind and body. Specially blended aromatic inhalation from the Earth and the Sea begins the process, followed by a short soothing ringing of chimes to denote the beginning and the end of each treatment.

Age Guidelines
Spa treatments are available for guests 18 years of age or older. Guests over 16 years of age may enjoy massage and facial services; however, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while in the facility.
Cancellations
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours and missed appointments be billed at their full price. If you must cancel, please notify our desk as soon as possible to avoid these fees.
When to Arrive
You may arrive up to 30 minutes in advance of your service to check in, shower and change into spa attire. To assure that all our guests receive the full time allotted for their scheduled service, if you arrive late your service will end at the regular time.
Service Charge
An 18% service charge will be automatically added to your spa service bill – 100% is paid to spa staff. This service charge represents a gratuity for your therapist, along with part for our spa attendants and front desk staff.
Our Facility
We are a smoke-free and vape-free facility. Thank you for helping us to maintain both your experience and that of our other guests.
The Use of Electronic Devices
Cell phone and pager use are discouraged in our facility. If you must use your cell phone, photographs are prohibited anywhere within the facility.
Items Important to You (Valuables)
We ask that you do not bring valuables to the spa. Each hotel room is equipped with a safe. We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen items. If you are a guest from outside the hotel we request you please leave your valuables at home.
Spa Facilities
For your enjoyment, we supply our guests with luxurious robes and sandals upon check in. Other amenities include showers, lockers, infrared saunas in both the men’s and women’s lounges, relaxation lounge, complimentary beverages, light healthy snacks and more.
Parking
Complimentary valet parking while visiting the spa is available at the hotel’s main entrance.

Please inform us of any medical or special needs that may require our attention. You will be asked to fill out a Guest Intake Form online prior to your arrival.
